Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for plant machinery and equipment.
  • •Ensure equipment reliability, efficiency, and uptime through effective maintenance planning and performance monitoring.
  • •Oversee mechanical projects including installation, commissioning, modifications, and expansion activities; coordinate vendors and stakeholders to deliver within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • •Manage and mentor a team of mechanical engineers, supervisors, and technicians, including task assignment, performance monitoring, and reviews.
