Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a back-up to the Supervisor in helping escalate critical toolsets
•Assist Supervisor in production projects as assigned
•Serve as a mentor to Operators
•Assist in effectively managing DEFCON 3 and 4 tools
•Assist in targeting 100% scheduler compliance, troubleshoot issues, & submit feedback when the expectation cannot be met

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 2,100 - 2,600 hourly

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience with at least 1 year of experience at Broadcom; preference for 3 years internal experience
•Strong ability to mentor Operators and collaborate with Supervisors to maximize line efficiency
•Experience assisting in production projects and with DEFCON 3 and 4 tools
•Maintain T3 certification and support line coverage through tool certification and training
•Ability to troubleshoot equipment failures and data issues (SQCS) and communicate effectively with team members
