Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare consolidated financial statements under IFRS and support monthly/quarterly/annual consolidation across the group.
  • •Ensure accurate intercompany eliminations and maintain consolidation adjustments and reporting entries per IFRS.
  • •Act as a key finance user for ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite or SAP), driving enhancements, automation, and COA/data flow mapping.
  • •Extract, validate, and analyze financial/operational data; build automated dashboards and reports using Excel and BI tools.
  • •Design and enhance ICFR controls, perform risk assessments and controls testing, and support audit readiness and remediation tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (mandatory).
  • •Professional certification required: CA, ACCA, or CPA (active/fully qualified).
  • •Minimum 5–8+ years of experience in financial reporting within an IFRS-compliant environment.
  • •Experience in Big 4 audit firms or large technology/eCommerce companies.
  • •Hands-on ERP experience, preferably NetSuite; advanced Excel skills and strong IFRS knowledge.
