Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure all site safety and environmental requirements are followed and take corrective actions as needed.
  • •Oversee station operations including startup, shutdown, inspection, routine chemical testing, switching/tagging, and equipment troubleshooting.
  • •Maintain and update operating and related procedures; generate reports and assist with replenishing consumables.
  • •Assist with planned daily operations scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance planning, including support for corrective maintenance.
  • •Provide feedback to the Operations Supervisor, support training/orientation of O&M technicians, and represent the company with customers, vendors, contractors, and regulators on-site.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 47.67 - 58.65

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • •3+ years of power plant operations and maintenance experience, including experience as a qualified O&M Tech III
  • •Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license
  • •Knowledge of power plant safety policies and procedures, including high-energy systems, chemical handling, rotating machinery, confined spaces, incipient fire suppression, and first aid
  • •Knowledge and experience operating/maintaining valves, switches, controls, and devices associated with power plants, plus ability to read technical drawings and communicate effectively in English
