Key Responsibilities

•Manage the full lifecycle of leave of absence programs, including documentation intake, leave wage reporting, Workday case processing, and request completion.
•Monitor regulatory changes for time away, and update policies, processes, and handbooks while coordinating stakeholders to close compliance gaps.
•Track leave requests across HRIS, identify dependencies/root causes, and recommend improvements to compliance, reporting, and team member experience.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for team members across departure, leave, accommodation, and return-to-work processes.
•Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects (HRIS configuration, vendor implementation, process redesign) and analyze leave program data to identify operational risks and improvements, including responsible AI use.

•Clear written and verbal communication skills to explain complex concepts, provide context, and guide stakeholders toward sound decisions.
•Strong organization and attention to detail to independently manage high-volume, sensitive, time-critical work with consistent follow-through.
