Job Summary

Lead Booking Holdings’ global investigations program within the Compliance & Ethics team. Design and implement investigation priorities with brands and subsidiaries worldwide, oversee the concern-raising hotline, and manage the end-to-end investigation docket from intake to report review and closure. Drive continuous improvement using metrics, technology, and data analysis to strengthen detection and responses to potential legal, regulatory, and policy violations, while mentoring investigators globally and partnering with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the VP, Investigations to identify and implement strategic priorities for the investigation program across brands and subsidiaries globally.
•Oversee the concern-raising hotline (intake, triage, assignment) and continuously improve the speak-up culture.
•Lead continuous improvement of investigation ways of working with functions such as HR, Security, and Legal, including monitoring effectiveness and engaging law enforcement when needed.
•Manage the day-to-day global investigation docket from triage and case assignment through closure and report review; mentor and advise investigators globally.
•Define investigation metrics and leverage technology, dashboards, and reporting to support risk assessment, trend reporting, and consistent remediation and root cause analysis.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 212,400 - 259,600 annually

•JD or equivalent required.
•Experience investigating complex compliance concerns in a matrixed, cross-jurisdictional environment.
•Experience designing and implementing company-wide investigation best practices, including intake, interviewing, and drafting reports that withstand scrutiny.
•Experience driving investigation excellence with large-scale global programs.
•Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels globally.
