Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the VP, Investigations to identify and implement strategic priorities for the investigation program across brands and subsidiaries globally.
  • •Oversee the concern-raising hotline (intake, triage, assignment) and continuously improve the speak-up culture.
  • •Lead continuous improvement of investigation ways of working with functions such as HR, Security, and Legal, including monitoring effectiveness and engaging law enforcement when needed.
  • •Manage the day-to-day global investigation docket from triage and case assignment through closure and report review; mentor and advise investigators globally.
  • •Define investigation metrics and leverage technology, dashboards, and reporting to support risk assessment, trend reporting, and consistent remediation and root cause analysis.

Salary: USD 212,400 - 259,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •JD or equivalent required.
  • •Experience investigating complex compliance concerns in a matrixed, cross-jurisdictional environment.
  • •Experience designing and implementing company-wide investigation best practices, including intake, interviewing, and drafting reports that withstand scrutiny.
  • •Experience driving investigation excellence with large-scale global programs.
  • •Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels globally.
