Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and approve high value or complex purchase orders in line with policies and contract terms.
  • •Take full ownership of the PO lifecycle, resolving invoice discrepancies, managing GRNI, and ensuring timely PO closure with AP.
  • •Ensure procurement category understanding and compliance with procurement policies and procedures, including supplier familiarity.
  • •Partner with Category Managers for daily procurement execution, including evaluating supplier proposals and contract renewals.
  • •Act as an SME for indirect procurement, drive process improvements, and support stakeholder alignment and UAT feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business fields.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • •Proficient in English (other language is an advantage).
  • •Ability to develop, implement, and assess performance metrics.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong verbal and written communication.
