Job Summary

Own the full PO lifecycle for indirect and project-related procure-to-pay activities, ensuring compliant review and timely closure. Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Category Managers to resolve invoice discrepancies, handle GRNI, and support supplier and contract renewals. Serve as an SME for indirect procurement, drive process improvements, and facilitate stakeholder alignment (IT, AP, and business units). Participate in UAT and provide feedback to enhance procurement systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Review and approve high value or complex purchase orders in line with policies and contract terms.
•Take full ownership of the PO lifecycle, resolving invoice discrepancies, managing GRNI, and ensuring timely PO closure with AP.
•Ensure procurement category understanding and compliance with procurement policies and procedures, including supplier familiarity.
•Partner with Category Managers for daily procurement execution, including evaluating supplier proposals and contract renewals.
•Act as an SME for indirect procurement, drive process improvements, and support stakeholder alignment and UAT feedback.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business fields.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
•Proficient in English (other language is an advantage).
•Ability to develop, implement, and assess performance metrics.
•Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong verbal and written communication.
