Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the franchise culture and oversee firm management, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and profitability.
  • •Ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws, maintaining clear documentation of decisions and procedures.
  • •Lead Accounting Managers and Delivery Support, including performance reviews and professional development.
  • •Own client onboarding and serve as the primary escalation point for client issues.
  • •Review and sign off on complex engagements and guide the team’s use of accounting platforms; support local advertising and growth strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
  • •7+ years of experience in accounting, advisory, or financial services.
  • •Track record managing client relationships directly and reviewing/signing off on complex engagements.
  • •Solid working knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations and applicable accounting standards.
  • •Experience managing teams that include managers or senior staff, plus business development or sales for client expansion and proposals.
