•Repair damaged cloth/fabric, leather, plastic, vinyl, and other upholstery.
•Repair center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, plastic components, and stitching.
•Color match and dye cloth and fabric to repair materials.
•Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana’s inspection centers to complete interior repair work.
•Work in a fast-paced production environment and be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive interior repair experience.
•Highly skilled in interior repair, including repairing damaged upholstery materials (cloth/fabric, leather, plastic, vinyl).
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
•Use safety equipment including items such as face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and protective garments.
