Job Summary

Drive end-to-end SAP Flexible Real Estate projects—from initial setup through delivery—by re-engineering business processes and enabling technology solutions. Design, blueprint, and configure SAP RE-FX capabilities, including integrations with SAP Financials, SAP Project Systems, and Plant Maintenance. Lead functional requirements, facilitate design sessions, and perform knowledge transfer for end users, with added pre-sales solutioning support.

Key Responsibilities

•Play a key role in the full SAP Flexible Real Estate project lifecycle from setup to final delivery.
•Re-engineer business processes and enable technology solutions for SAP RE-FX functions and related integrations.
•Facilitate blueprinting and design sessions, creating functional requirements for client needs.
•Configure SAP Flexible Real Estate systems, including integration points with FI, PM, and PS, and apply SAP best practices.
•Conduct knowledge transfer and training for end-users, and support pre-sales solutioning.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology and/or Business Management or a related field.
•Strong experience in the SAP Flexible Real Estate (SAP RE-FX) module.
•Understanding of RE-FX interfaces with FI, CO, PM, and PS modules and their integration points.
•Knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA latest functionalities and features.
•Experience configuring SAP RE-FX for IFRS 16 scenarios, including balance sheet valuation and integrations with FI/AA for ROU asset calculations.
