Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver end-to-end resolution management for AOG/urgent concerns, ensuring continuous customer communication.
  • •Analyze AOG scenarios in coordination with customer Maintenance Control Centre personnel to identify the most efficient solution.
  • •Provide immediate customer recommendations while avoiding liability and ensuring safety compliance with airworthiness regulations.
  • •Initiate engineering support requests to AIRTAC Toulouse when AOG resolution requires engineering competencies.
  • •Manage spare availability and respond to customer technical AOG/work-stoppage requests in the system; ensure solutions cover all affected ATA chapters and support continuous improvement/best-practice capitalization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor/Master degree in an aircraft structure repair-relevant major.
  • •3 years of experience in aircraft structure repair.
  • •Fluent English and Chinese (written and oral).
  • •Technical knowledge of Airbus systems and structures, with broad aircraft maintenance/engineering familiarity.
  • •Ability to work shifts (24/7) in a highly demanding environment and coordinate effectively under time pressure.
