  • •Manage and maintain a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments (Oaks Hotels, Avani Hotels).
  • •Handle incoming rental enquiries and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • •Conduct open, routine, entry, and exit inspections as required.
  • •Communicate effectively with tenants and support leasing and property handovers administration.
  • •Address maintenance issues and liaise with tradespeople, using Console Cloud for property management.

Key Requirements

  • •A current Property Management Registration.
  • •Hold a Class 1 licence.
  • •Minimum 2 years of Property Management experience.
