Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the V.I.B.E.S service model and champion a positive team culture aligned to core values.
  • •Assist across store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Lead by example on the sales floor, partnering with store management to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals.
  • •Manage day-to-day team activities by delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely follow-up while maintaining high service standards.
  • •Fulfill key-holder responsibilities such as opening/closing, cash handling, store recovery standards, asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Have 2–3 years of retail experience, with preference for prior store leadership roles.
  • •Be flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • •Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Ability to perform store physical demands including lifting up to 30 pounds with assistance and staying on your feet for 8 hours per shift.
