Job Summary

Lead the design and sales of two solution portfolios—Generative AI/LLM and enterprise data modernization using Lakehouse architectures on AWS. Partner with C-level and technical stakeholders to create top-of-funnel opportunities, run consultative engagements, and translate AI vision into production roadmaps. Serve as the trusted advisor and primary technical lead, maintaining account ownership and guiding Solution Architects while contributing reference architectures and IP.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive top-of-funnel opportunity creation for Generative AI demos and data modernization needs across two solution tracks.
•Lead the design and architecture of Generative AI and Data Modernization/Lakehouse solution portfolios, including AWS-native and partner offerings.
•Serve as the trusted advisor and primary technical lead across strategic accounts, translating AI vision into concrete modernization roadmaps.
•Develop business cases and proposals connecting AI aspirations to data foundation requirements and ROI.
•Maintain deep expertise and mentor Solution Architects across both generative AI and data modernization domains, contributing reference architectures and IP.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 192,610 - 338,993.6 annually

Key Requirements

•Deep experience with generative AI technologies such as Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q, LLM architectures, and RAG implementations.
•Proven track record delivering data modernization through Lakehouse architectures and implementations using Databricks and/or Snowflake and AWS Glue/EMR.
•A bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, mathematics, or related technical field (additional relevant experience may substitute at the manager’s discretion).
•Minimum 15 years of enterprise solution architecture experience, plus 8 years of public/private cloud experience.
•Minimum 5 years as a senior-level architect or solutions leader with hands-on experience in both AI/ML and data platform modernization, including proven presales/sales engineering experience.
