Key Responsibilities

  • •Support routing & switching and wireless across enterprise LAN/WAN and SD-WAN environments.
  • •Ensure network configurations comply with standards through log reviews, NMS monitoring, and configuration governance.
  • •Participate in setup, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation of mission-critical network infrastructure.
  • •Provide hands-on support for Viptela SD-WAN and wireless, including LAN/WAN internetworking and network architecture requirements.
  • •Own escalated support tickets and service requests via ServiceNow, including rotating on-call, queue management, and 24x7 support.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years’ experience managing LAN & WAN infrastructures.
  • •8+ years’ experience in routing & switching, Riverbed, and wireless.
  • •Hands-on vendor experience including Velo Cloud (required), plus Cisco and Riverbed.
  • •Expertise across L2/L3 networking (e.g., VLANs, HSRP/VRRP, STP/MSTP/RSTP, EIGRP/OSPF/BGP) and Nexus/SD-WAN.
  • •Knowledge and adherence to ITIL and Change Management processes, with enterprise network troubleshooting and documentation experience.
