Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments as part of a delivery team. Partner with a Deployment Strategist to co-build production-ready components from day one, spanning configuration, customization, and full-stack deployment. Develop AI agents and prompt/tool logic, integrate data pipelines across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks, and provide KPI dashboards to track deployment health and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and deploy agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments, working with a delivery team to ship production-ready components.
•Develop AI agents and experiences that perform real actions, including prompt, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations using LLM techniques.
•Own technical components end-to-end, from architecture choice through deployed, validated, and observable production outcomes.
•Build and integrate data pipelines across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks, including modeling, shipping, and validation.
•Create agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production system you can walk through.
•Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
•Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, and willingness to add more.
•Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering, including explaining why a prompt failed and what you’d change.
