Retail Sales Supervisor

Support retail sales at the Outlet Scalo Milano by driving store KPIs through active presence on the sales floor and day-to-day operational support. Ensure brand-aligned customer service standards, coach and motivate the team, and help Store/Assistant Store Managers with training and performance monitoring. Manage cash operations (sales, exchanges, returns, discounts), track retail KPIs and share improvement opportunities, and oversee merchandising execution, inventory, and loss prevention procedures.
