Job Summary

Senior CAD specialist responsible for managing, preparing and controlling all drawings to support the Developers’ Services team; provides CAD/drafting support to the urban planning and government authorities, coordinating with divisions to meet mapping needs and data provisioning for prospect investors within ADPorts Group.

Key Responsibilities

•Support and maintain CAD drawings for the Developers’ Services team using AutoCAD
•Deliver quality design solutions per urban planning managers and planners’ directions
•Utilize engineering practices to produce sound technical drawings
•Develop databases from drawings, files, and reports to guide drawing development
•Draft technical plans/drawings based on sketches from Urban Planning Team (Master Planning, Urban Design, subdivision plans) and update CAD files with latest revisions

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar CAD/Land Planning role
•CAD and Land Planning experience, infrastructure planning
•Excellent English and Arabic language skills
•Urban Planning certificate/experience or qualification is a definite advantage
