Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform comprehensive failure analysis on advanced microprocessors and graphics processors using 3nm FinFET and below technologies.
  • •Conduct transistor nano-probing and electrical characterization using AFM, electron microscopy, and material analysis.
  • •Prepare samples for SoIC and heterogeneous integration products using planar, cross-sectional, and site-specific preparation.
  • •Prepare site-specific TEM lamellae using focused ion beam and run plasma FIB sample preparation and yield failure analysis.
  • •Follow laboratory safety, EHS, operating procedures, and quality requirements during night shifts; support continuous improvement and automation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 71,400 - 102,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Able to work an alternate 12-hour 4-days/3-days night shift.
  • •Fundamental understanding of device physics.
  • •Strong background in semiconductor wafer processing and materials characterization.
  • •Experience performing basic tool troubleshooting and interacting with vendors to resolve tool issues.
  • •B.Eng in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Materials Engineering (or related fields).
