Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the UK & Ireland Data Centre delivery organisation, providing leadership, direction and development for a team of 100+ professionals across architectural, engineering and specialist disciplines.
  • •Accountable for the end-to-end design process and delivery of multiple Data Centre projects for key clients across the UK, Europe and globally, from early concept through detailed design and construction support.
  • •Lead a portfolio of data centre projects from a delivery, technical and commercial standpoint.
  • •Act as the senior delivery and escalation lead for high-profile Data Centre clients, maintaining trusted, long-term relationships at executive and director level.
  • •Provide overall technical, commercial and operational leadership across a portfolio of programmes, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Chartered Engineer or equivalent with a strong technical background in the data centre sector.
  • •Proven experience leading large, multi-disciplinary delivery teams and complex Data Centre programmes.
  • •Confident communicator and relationship builder able to lead client interactions at director level.
  • •Commercially savvy with experience managing risk, governance, and profitability.
  • •Willing to travel across UK&I and Europe as required.
