Facilitate recruitment services onboarding through engaging training programs for learners on Transguard’s Centre of Excellence. Plan, deliver, and assess learning activities using presentations, discussions, simulations, role plays, and case studies, while ensuring alignment with learning plans and quality, health & safety, legal, and environmental requirements. Support learner success by maintaining classrooms, updating training records in TR360, assisting with learning needs analysis as an SME, and monitoring program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Guide and support learners throughout a training program to build new knowledge and skills
•Facilitate interactive sessions (presentations, discussions, group activities, case studies) and deliver training aligned to learning plans
•Prepare for, conduct, and assess learning programs, including updating attendance, assessment, and evaluation records in TR360
•Assist with Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) as a subject matter expert (SME)
•Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and ROI, and suggest improvements based on participant satisfaction and feedback

Key Requirements

•Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or training department
•Transguard EPT level 4
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
