Job Summary

Join the Global Product Support (GPS) team as an expert engineer supporting semiconductor mainframes and subsystems. You’ll lead complex escalations with cross-functional design engineering, develop and maintain field hardware/service procedures (including safety, installation, calibration, and troubleshooting), and create best-known methods and internal service bulletins. You’ll also train customer and process engineers ahead of equipment shipments, represent the voice of the field in engineering reviews, and help ensure critical spare parts are stocked correctly.

•Ability to solve technical problems using established procedures, engineering judgment, and field experience.
•Strong interpersonal skills including clear communication, asking questions, and validating understanding.
