Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment to meet quality and productivity requirements.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance using hand tools and instrumentation, and complete required equipment maintenance on schedule.
  • •Monitor equipment parameters and alarms via equipment computers; monitor process data (including SPC) to maintain process control.
  • •Conduct basic quality control procedures and follow safety procedures and housekeeping practices.
  • •Provide on-the-job training to team members when requested and communicate issues/recommendations during shift changes.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED.
  • •2+ years of manufacturing experience; other experience (warehousing, textile, agriculture, or material inspection) may substitute.
  • •Preference for an Associate’s degree or certificate in a technical discipline.
  • •Honorable military experience in an electrical, mechanical and/or chemical industrial application may be considered.
  • •Ability to obtain/maintain forklift and/or walk-behind forklift certification, if requested.
