Job Summary

Support TikTok LIVE’s creator ecosystem by identifying promising U.S. creators, building first-touch relationships, and running GTM and marketing outreach. Onboard creators to TikTok LIVE, coach them on live-stream best practices, and help drive adoption of tools to improve stream quality and conversion. Analyze creator performance data and turn insights into recommendations while partnering with Product, Marketing, Content, and Data teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify promising U.S. creators across content verticals and build first-touch relationships.
•Run outreach campaigns via GTM and marketing channels, including outreach, warm intros, and creator events.
•Onboard new creators to TikTok LIVE and guide them through successful first streams.
•Coach creators on live-streaming best practices including formats, structure, hooks, audience interaction, and monetization.
•Analyze creator performance data and support end-to-end execution of GTM campaigns with segmentation, messaging, tracking, and iteration.

Key Requirements

•Currently or previously pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
•Proficiency in English and fluency in written and spoken Mandarin to manage China-market stakeholders.
•Strong passion for TikTok, live-streaming, and creator culture, including active platform use.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills for creator outreach and quickly building trust.
•Analytical mindset with comfort working with data (Excel/Sheets basics; SQL, dashboards, or BI tools a plus).
