Job Summary

Manage engineering, process engineering, and maintenance functions at the facility. Lead a department covering maintenance technicians, process engineers, controls engineers, and related roles, including developing and improving preventative maintenance and capital projects. Oversee daily maintenance operations, budgets, training, continuous improvement, and equipment review/upgrades. Support production floor improvements, create material flow layouts, apply OSHA/EPA requirements, and drive Total Productive Maintenance concepts such as OEE and downtime reduction.

•Lead and develop a maintenance and engineering team, providing guidance to achieve departmental goals.
•Develop and manage maintenance and capital budgets, forecasting future needs and ensuring cost-effective operations.
•Implement preventative maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and engineering practices.
•Oversee machinery/equipment review, upgrades, construction and facility engineering; apply OSHA/EPA requirements and drive TPM concepts including OEE and downtime reduction.
