Key Responsibilities

  • •Sit with internal teams (e.g., Data, Product, Marketing, Sales Ops, People, Finance) to sharpen fuzzy problems into rapid prototypes and builds.
  • •Build and iterate on AI-powered skills, workflows, and agents for real, non-technical users.
  • •Make deployment and architecture decisions, including what to deploy and how to weigh cost against speed and latency.
  • •Debug in production when something breaks for real users, fixing issues end-to-end.
  • •Stay with a workflow after it’s built until the team sees measurable outcomes, then feed back reusable patterns to the pod.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong fundamentals in software engineering, writing correct, working code independently.
  • •Strong working knowledge of GenAI primitives including prompting, context engineering, and MCP tool/function calling, with a non-trivial working output using modern AI/LLM tooling (e.g. Claude).
  • •A track record of shipping something real end-to-end (personal project, academic project, or internship).
  • •Ability to break down an ambiguous, unscoped problem and drive it to a solution without a detailed spec.
  • •Basic grasp of cost/latency/security tradeoffs and system design reasoning.
