Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role, or a Bachelor’s Degree.

  • •Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, follow-up program, outbound calling, and referrals from customers and partners.
  • •Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
  • •Subject to additional background check requirements, including providing fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.
