Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate, fix, install, and deploy Probe FOAK TOR equipment across manufacturing sites.
  • •Deploy best-known methods across sites by addressing TOR procedure gaps and equipment deficiencies and implementing improvements.
  • •Partner with Probe HVM site equipment teams to develop and support new process and technology implementations.
  • •Monitor process efficiency and OEE to identify improvement opportunities; recommend corrective actions and support TOR equipment operating software and software release activities.
  • •Evaluate new technologies and FOAK equipment, complete assigned projects independently, and travel domestically or internationally as needed for deployments.

Key Requirements

  • •Practical experience with manufacturing probe procedures and machinery, including operating probe test equipment (backend test equipment familiarity preferred).
  • •Understanding of equipment mechanical and electrical fundamentals, including electronic circuits, infrastructure, mechanical functions, and equipment reliability.
  • •Knowledge of equipment metrics including utilization, OEE, MTTR, and MTBF with strong understanding of related benchmarks.
  • •Proficiency in data analysis and structured problem-solving tools such as KTDA, Risk Assessment, and FMEA.
  • •Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience and education).
