Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide legal advice to Dlocal’s contracts' team in a fast-paced environment with senior stakeholders
  • •Draft, analyze, and negotiate commercial agreements (processor agreements, NDAs, novation agreements, guarantees)
  • •Partner with global legal team and functional leaders on strategic projects, regulatory issues, product development, and operational matters
  • •Create and advise on templates, policies, and procedures to address new requirements
  • •Identify productivity improvements and drive process changes to improve efficiency

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication
  • •Law degree from a top-tier university, specialization in business law, financial services regulation, or international law is a plus
  • •At least 5 years post qualification experience with a major law firm and/or in-house experience in the Financial Services industry or M&A
  • •General legal background and experience with commercial, contractual, and corporate law
  • •Knowledge and understanding of payments, financial services or fintech would be desirable
