Key Responsibilities

•Provide legal advice to Dlocal’s contracts' team in a fast-paced environment with senior stakeholders
•Draft, analyze, and negotiate commercial agreements (processor agreements, NDAs, novation agreements, guarantees)
•Partner with global legal team and functional leaders on strategic projects, regulatory issues, product development, and operational matters
•Create and advise on templates, policies, and procedures to address new requirements
•Identify productivity improvements and drive process changes to improve efficiency

Key Requirements

•Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication
•Law degree from a top-tier university, specialization in business law, financial services regulation, or international law is a plus

•General legal background and experience with commercial, contractual, and corporate law
•Knowledge and understanding of payments, financial services or fintech would be desirable
