Job Summary

Own debug and failure analysis for customer returns and RMA execution within the Quality & Reliability organization. Perform electrical failure analysis using ATE and system-level test, duplicate failures at platform level, and drive board-level debug. Partner cross-functionally with Device Analysis and Product Engineering to isolate faults, investigate root cause, and improve test coverage to prevent customer-facing failures and enhance long-term reliability.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform analysis and report writing on customer returns electrical failure analysis, including ATE and SLT, and execute platform duplication and board-level debug.
•Conduct customer returns debug across pre/post mass production and field returns, including excursion/critical issues, and support DPPM improvement.
•Lead fault isolation and root-cause investigations via cross-functional collaboration with Device Analysis and Product Engineering teams.
•Identify and define test coverage enhancements to strengthen product quality, prevent customer-facing failures, and improve long-term reliability.
•Provide technical direction for diagnosing complex issues and ensure findings translate into actionable quality improvements, including final analysis report writing for customer communication.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering, with preferred 5+ relevant years of experience.
•Strong silicon debug or Failure Analysis knowledge across electronics system level or integrated chip.
•Experience investigating root causes of digital or analog failures, including SCAN/MBIST or High Speed Loopback failures.
•Proficiency with Java, Python, Perl, or Linux shell scripting; strong Windows and Linux skills.
•Experience with ATE test method/class and platforms such as Advantest 93k is a plus.
