Service Supervisor I (Cementing)

Oversee cementing service line operations at the well site under general supervision, ensuring quality service for customers. Plan jobs by directing crew and equipment use, resolving disputes to approved levels, and coordinating service operators. Lead and develop a site crew of Halliburton and/or non-Halliburton employees, including performance evaluation and training. Manage equipment cleanup, repair, and preparation, and perform job calculations while enforcing HSE and quality improvement processes.
