Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform sub-assembly and component assembly operations (including bonding and riveting) to complete components to exact specifications.
  • •Install and adjust aircraft seat repair parts, and conduct final checks and adjustments to meet functional and quality requirements.
  • •Interpret and follow trim and finish drawings, work orders, job cards, and verbal/written instructions for accurate assembly.
  • •Set up and operate fixtures, jigs, and testing equipment; perform fit and adjustment for metal and plastic details.
  • •Maintain accurate records and reports, ensure quality compliance, and promptly report non-compliance issues and safety discrepancies.
