Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end business travel arrangements with the travel agency, covering flights, hotels, transportation, visas, and itineraries.
  • •Coordinate with stakeholders (employees/travelers, management, Procurement, and other teams) to support business travel needs.
  • •Ensure compliance with company travel policies, contracted corporate agreements, and negotiated rates, identifying and reporting exceptions.
  • •Monitor and audit travel agency performance and controls for service quality, compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency.
  • •Provide 24/7 emergency support for travel-related issues and manage travel-related purchasing including PO issuance and approvals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of relevant experience in a travel agency, corporate travel, or similar role.
  • •Strong knowledge of travel agency operations, travel industry regulations, and compliance (flights, hotels, tickets, visas).
  • •Experience working with travel agencies within large organizations and exposure to corporate travel policies, agreements, and cost management.
  • •Strong negotiation, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills focused on cost optimization and operational efficiency.
  • •Fluency in English and Arabic; knowledge of Concur and SAP is preferred (procurement experience is an advantage).
