Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver expert consulting services to design and implement innovative digital solutions that transform retail customer businesses.
  • •Lead requirements definition and solution design through testing, implementation, and post–go-live support across full implementation phases.
  • •Create and implement innovative retail solutions and services with a focus on AI-assisted processes.
  • •Conduct and lead requirements and design workshops, communicating solution benefits to senior business and technical stakeholders.
  • •Organize own (and potentially others’) time and deliverables to meet project timelines while establishing long-term customer relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years of work experience delivering consulting and SAP implementation services for various customers.
  • •Deep delivery experience of SAP Retail solutions with in-depth knowledge of SAP technology, applications, and solutions for the retail industry.
  • •Experience across five (or more) end-to-end business process implementations in the Retail industry.
  • •Ability to design and implement innovative digital solutions, including AI-assisted processes, using SAP best practice and Activate methodology and experience with the SAP Integrated Tool Chain.
  • •SAP certification in a relevant discipline (professional certification would be a bonus).
