Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor live cameras and investigate intrusion alerts using the Unified Security Platform.
  • •Run point at the gate using the Safe & Secure App (SAS App) and RFID to enforce ingress/egress procedures.
  • •Manage and document vehicle movement through the inspection center entrance and exit gates.
  • •Spot hazards, run safety audits, reinforce best practices, and feed intel back to Safe & Secure leadership.
  • •Execute winter snow and ice removal (plowing, shoveling, salting/brining) and support extended storm response after melt/refreeze cycles.

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years in a customer service environment.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication, plus clear, calm, active listening.
