Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with investment managers to create property-level operational strategies and analyze major leases, capital projects, and other factors impacting asset value.
  • •Review valuation models (Argus and Excel) and support acquisition/disposition through due diligence information flow as needed.
  • •Prepare financial analyses to compare historic portfolio and property results against industry benchmarks.
  • •Assist in developing annual business plans and quarterly reports by preparing property operating and capital budgets and reviewing variance reporting.
  • •Communicate with third-party property management, leasing personnel, and advisors (insurance and real estate tax consultants) as needed; analyze lease submittal packages and tenant creditworthiness; support lender compliance and internal audit requirements.
