Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and govern SAP services and projects for Public Administration clients, ensuring proper project oversight and SLA compliance.
•Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supporting effective service delivery.
•Coordinate work teams, plan activities, and monitor service and project performance.
•Contribute to the evolution and optimization of the SAP solutions adopted by clients.
•Support project planning, monitoring, and reporting activities.

Key Requirements

•At least 8 years of experience managing SAP services and projects in complex Public Administration contexts.
•Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing providers and stakeholders.
•Knowledge of PA administrative processes, including contract, order, customer, supplier, and subcontractor management.
•Good knowledge of at least one SAP module in Finance (FI, CO, FM or equivalents).
•Ability to handle planning, monitoring, and project reporting activities with organizational autonomy and priority management.
