Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide customer service standards and handle teller interactions in an accurate, efficient, courteous manner.
  • •Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, and completing change orders; refer questionable items as directed.
  • •Maintain operational excellence by following bank policies and compliance procedures, including required record verification and BSA/AML-related duties.
  • •Balance the cash drawer daily, ensure proper handling of cash outages, and process transactions within authorized limits.
