  • •Monitor requests, track open tickets/cases, and support delivery schedule and forecast follow-up.
  • •Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for management meetings.
  • •Support continuous improvement projects and strategic initiatives, and help organize, analyze, and consolidate data for decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •Enrolled in a higher education program in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial) or related fields, or in Administration.
  • •Expected graduation from Dec/2028 onward.
  • •Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, with focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •English at an intermediate level (desirable).
  • •Analytical, organized, and proactive profile, with interest in working with teams and communicating across areas.
