Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate logistics activities for utility-scale BESS projects across Europe, from factory dispatch to project site delivery.
•Track and manage shipments to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials in line with project schedules.
•Act as the primary interface with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.
•Prepare, review, and maintain shipping, transportation, and customs documentation.
•Support import/export compliance and customs clearance processes across European markets.

•Knowledge of Bill of Lading, Incoterms, and international payment terms.
•Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; proactive, self-starter who can interact with customers and key stakeholders.
