Key Responsibilities

•Lead and scale multiple engineering teams across Cloud Infrastructure, Platform, Data Platform, and Internal Tooling, including distributed and international teams.
•Define and own the platform and infrastructure strategy, ensuring scalability, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency across the organization.
•Serve as a senior technical leader, influencing architecture and systems design for large-scale, mission-critical distributed systems.
•Partner with Product, Security, Finance, and Executive Leadership to align platform investments with company goals and customer needs.
•Drive execution excellence by evolving processes, setting clear priorities, and ensuring predictable delivery as the organization scales.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 300,000 - 350,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of software engineering experience, with deep expertise in distributed systems
•5+ years of engineering leadership experience, including managing managers and leading orgs responsible for critical production infrastructure at a high-growth startup
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
•Strong hands-on understanding of large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure
•Experience with Java, Kubernetes, AWS, multi-region, and multi-cloud environments
