Key Responsibilities

  • •Responsible for manufacturing activities for FIT operations, ensuring performance (inventory, cost, etc.) and downstream requirements are met.
  • •Manage a team of higher level non-exempt individual contributors and oversee hiring, annual performance plans, coaching, and career development.
  • •Ensure products and services meet performance metrics defined by next level management.
  • •Structure maintenance programs by focusing on tooling uptime, tooling obsolescence projects, and spares management.
  • •Prepare operation performance reports and manage essential business critical process documents (SOPs, Statements of Work, and scorecard/dashboard).

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Engineering.
  • •At least 4+ years of experience in an Operations function.
  • •Experience in fab tool maintenance (advantage).
  • •Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
  • •Strong people management skills, including coaching, team building, and conflict resolution.
