Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure capacity planning analysis, reports, and data are coherent, appropriate, and available in a timely manner within planning systems.
  • •Support facility capacity and schedule assessments for strategic business scenarios for internal and external customers within scope.
  • •Support and monitor manufacturing processes for capacity and demand, identifying capacity constraints and improvement or additional capital investment opportunities.
  • •Document and maintain facility and build strategy differences between contracts and associated assumptions.
  • •Contribute to build strategy development using data-driven solutions, support lifecycle management (LCM) processes, and provide capacity planning artefacts for design and phase reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Australian citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (essential).
  • •Strong experience in a Capacity Planning, Scheduling, or Production Planning role for straightforward to complicated projects, preferably in heavy engineering.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of engineering, supply chain, and operations requirements and processes.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and understanding of quality and configuration control.
