Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead product planning and design for the white-label app store platform, enabling clients to build and operate branded app marketplaces on shared infrastructure.
  • •Own configurable product design, including brand theming, page layout/content structure, operational rules, and role-based permissions to improve reuse and delivery efficiency.
  • •Design and optimize the full app lifecycle from onboarding/submission and review through publishing, search/recommendation exposure, and download conversion.
  • •Engage with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, identify common needs, and consolidate reusable modules/configurations to reduce custom development.
  • •Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to build platform capabilities (multi-tenancy, configuration backends, module reuse) and support monetization and key app distribution initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above, with preferred majors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • •5–8 years of product management experience in internet products, especially platform, app store, content distribution, open platform, or SaaS products.
  • •Proven experience designing complex backend systems/platform products and independently leading planning and delivery across multiple modules and user roles.
  • •Strong familiarity with core app distribution flows, including app review, search ranking, recommendation mechanisms, chart strategies, and growth conversion.
  • •Experience with white-label and multi-tenant architecture, permission systems, or configurable backend design; hands-on project experience preferred.
