Job Summary

Lead and supervise day-to-day workshop operations for the WSD division in Saudi Arabia, ensuring safe, efficient production in line with project specs and quality standards. Plan and allocate resources, monitor progress, review drawings and specifications, and coordinate with Planning, QA/QC and Maintenance to meet production targets and delivery schedules.

Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise and coordinate construction activities including formwork, concrete, masonry work, logistics and procurement.
•Ensure daily production targets are met while maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards.
•Monitor workload and resource utilization; assign jobs to charge hand and workers based on skills and project priorities.
•Review work orders, drawings, and technical specifications; ensure correct interpretation and execution by the site team.
•Coordinate with Planning, QA/QC, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow and timely completion.

Key Requirements

•Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field; minimum 3 years of working experience, with 2 years in a relevant role; GCC experience is a plus.
•Strong knowledge of workshop operations and ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work orders, and technical specifications.
•ERP/SAP knowledge or SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
•Experience supervising and coordinating formwork, concrete, masonry, logistics and procurement; ability to provide on-the-job training and coaching.
•Familiarity with production planning, resource scheduling, and quality control; ability to enforce HSE policies and conduct toolbox talks.
