Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide PMC oversight of offshore materials management activities, ensuring alignment with project specifications, schedules, and contractual requirements.
  • •Act as the PMC focal point for offshore materials control, ensuring timely availability and compliant handling, storage, preservation, and movements.
  • •Oversee EPC contractor materials management plans, logistics strategies, warehousing arrangements, and offshore supply chains; review and endorse contractor deliverables.
  • •Monitor and control offshore material status, inventory levels, shortages, surpluses, and critical items; proactively identify risks and mitigation actions.
  • •Track and report material movements, inventory, consumption, and forecasts; resolve material-related issues impacting productivity or schedule and manage materials close-out documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or civil engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited university with at least 15 years of relevant Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas experience.
  • •At least 5 years in a similar position on mega Oil & Gas or petrochemical projects, including managing a team of specialists, senior engineers, and engineers.
  • •Offshore experience is required; ADNOC experience is desired, and PMC experience is required.
  • •Proficiency with international codes and standards and excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • •Hands-on experience on SPEL and working knowledge of electrical discipline offshore/onshore oil and gas codes, specifications, and practices.
