Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build Avaloq solutions aligned to agreed solution design/architecture and customer journey needs.
  • •Configure and parameterise Avaloq to meet business requirements in a Private Banking context.
  • •Develop scripts and supporting components (PL/SQL, Unix shell) for functionality, automation, and operational effectiveness.
  • •Own unit and integration test development and provide test support, including deployment/release execution and early life support.
  • •Ensure compliance and maintain group controls, driving remediation for control gaps and resolving operational stability/availability issues.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years overall development experience with 5+ years hands-on Avaloq (build + configuration).
  • •Strong Avaloq platform knowledge including parameterisation, reporting, interfaces, and the proprietary scripting model.
  • •Private Banking domain understanding across customer journeys, products, and servicing/ops considerations.
  • •Strong SQL/PL-SQL skills with performance-aware coding and data investigation.
  • •Good Unix/Linux and scripting (shell), plus exposure to operational tooling such as Control-M scheduling.
