Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate business and technical requirements into well-structured system designs and evolve scalable, maintainable, secure solutions.
  • •Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software components and services; lead and participate in code reviews.
  • •Analyze and optimize application and system performance, scalability, and reliability; design performance/load/stress testing strategies.
  • •Define and maintain unit, functional, and integration testing strategies and promote test automation/quality gates.
  • •Own operational readiness and production health, including observability/monitoring and participating in incident diagnosis and root-cause analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency and hands-on experience building agentic frameworks in Python/TypeScript.
  • •Strong experience with modern web stacks including Angular and React, plus JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js microservices.
  • •Proven backend development experience with JAVA required, with familiarity with Spring Boot preferred.
  • •Hands-on experience building and operating cloud-native systems on AWS/Azure using APIs, event-driven services, and distributed data stores (SQL, key-value, or document databases).
  • •Experience with secure coding practices and security analysis tools (e.g., Sonar, Checkmarx), plus CI/CD and containerized deployments.
