Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the online operations team, ensuring tasks are prioritized, tracked, and completed on time with timely customer updates.
•Maintain daily communication with stakeholders regarding new requisitions and provide real-time status updates and resolution of queries.
•Set targets for the team and monitor performance; conduct regular check-ins and upskill team members for CRM usage.
•Oversee upsell initiatives, track performance against quarterly targets, and collaborate with Sales and Product teams to refine strategies.
•Coordinate end-to-end customer success workflows across online and offline channels, building SOPs and improving processes to reduce bottlenecks and improve KPIs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 45,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in CRM operations, customer success operations, or customer operations management
•Proven experience managing and leading a customer-facing operations team
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of stakeholder management
•Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
•Demonstrated ability to manage upsell pipelines and meet revenue targets
