Job Summary

Drive top-line sales by selling DEWALT, STANLEY, LENOX, IRWIN, BOSTITCH, PORTER-CABLE and related brands to end-user customers within your Columbus, OH territory. Build and maintain partner relationships, manage CORE and other SBD user contracts, and mentor your local market team on end-user development. Key Responsibilities

•Achieve top-line sales targets by selling DEWALT PTE, HTAS, STANLEY, LENOX, IRWIN, BOSTITCH, and PORTERCABLE brands to end-user customers.
•Establish, develop, and maintain key end-user partner relationships and manage CORE and other SBD user contracts and programs.
•Teach and mentor the local market team on end-user development and align their efforts with local market teams, product managers, distributors, and service centers.
•Partner with Channel Marketing to implement and coordinate marketing initiatives.
•Maintain and use Salesforce.com as a CRM and planning tool, communicating successes and failures to key accounts and opportunities.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing for construction supplies with a proven track record delivering results.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred (construction field experience may substitute).
•Experience selling to high-level executives, C-Suite, and jobsite directors is preferred.
•Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
•Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel up to 50% within the territory assignment.
